Our Centralized Scheduler efficiently schedules ABA services for incoming clients and therapists across various clinic locations.

Responsibilities :
- Create ABA therapy schedules for new clients based on the recommendations for services made by the clinical team across assigned clinic locations
- Monitor incoming clients during the assessment process to proactively identify schedules
- Communicate scheduling information and confirm the initial start date for therapy with the family
- Partner and collaborate with Care Coordination, Clinical, and Onboarding teams to ensure optimal client speed to service
- Partner with Program Managers, Onboarding, and Training departments to ensure candidates are efficiently scheduled with families
- Uses EMR system to match therapist availability with client availability and enter scheduled appointments
- Verify that authorizations for ongoing services are in place and attached to appointments prior to starting sessions
- Optimize staff schedules to allow for targeted productivity of employees
- Ensure client schedule maximizes authorized hours
- Drive to achieve full authorized prescription fulfillment for each client and clinician availability
- Responsible for entering data into various electronic systems
- Guarantees that before scheduling a client, each Behavior Therapist has completed all required training and competencies
- Work with Practice Managers to identify upcoming client schedule changes and update client and staff schedules to support necessary changes as applicable
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare
- Covid 19 vaccination required
- Experience in high volume agency scheduling within healthcare organization is preferred
- Basic to intermediate computer skills including familiarity with Electronic Medical Record Systems and Microsoft
- Keen sense of urgency and ability to respond to client needs
