Position: Helping Hands Home Health is hiring for a full-time 'Office Manager' for Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm to join our team!
Weekends and holidays off!
Position Overview: As a Home Health Care Office Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our home health care agency. You will be responsible for overseeing administrative and operational functions, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to our clients. Your expertise in office management, healthcare regulations, and team coordination will be crucial in maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management: Organize and manage the day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, client records, and communication. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and staff records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Staff Coordination: Recruit, train, and supervise Home Health Aides, ensuring they are well-informed about policies and procedures. Foster a positive and supportive work environment for office personnel.
Client Support: Act as the main point of contact for clients and their families, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing assistance as needed. Coordinate client schedules and services with Home Health Aides to ensure timely and quality care delivery.
Billing and Finance: Oversee billing processes, insurance claims, and financial transactions.
Maintain accurate financial records and work with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and ensure the agency's compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines. Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of services provided by the agency and work to continuously improve care standards. Address client and staff feedback to enhance the quality of care.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance, including HIPAA.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and electronic health records systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
