Teacher Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the lead teacher to support the educational and developmental needs of our students. Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide individualized attention and support to students
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Support students with special needs or learning challenges
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized classroom
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with students in an educational or childcare setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with special education strategies is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and understanding towards students' diverse needs
- First aid certification is preferred
