WE TRAIN

We are hiring Men (to support men) and Women immediately! Training is provided.

Direct Support Professionals (DSP) provide support services to Individuals with Autism and Intellectual Developmental Disabilities.

DSP's will assist Individuals throughout their quality of life. This includes personal care, cooking, cleaning, and engaging in day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Individuals with daily living activities
  • Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
  • Collaborate with Individuals and families for the best care opportunities
  • Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
  • Assist with medication administration
  • Light cooking and cleaning
  • Keep composure in challenging situations

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma /GED
  • COVID-19 vaccination
  • Valid Drivers License A MUST
  • Experience in personal care or other related field is a plus
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Able to follow policy and procedures
  • Able to work collectively in a team environment
  • Able to build rapport with individuals and co-workers
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Communicate effectively in a team environment
  • Punctuality and dependability are a must
