Helpr is a care service platform that supports families in finding excellent full and part time primary and emergency (or backup) childcare providers, full and part time adult care providers/caregivers, and birth workers including doulas and Newborn Care Specialists.

We’re currently looking for a Babysitter in Edgewater.
A lovely family in Edgewater is looking for a babysitter to care for their 4 year old on days they are home sick from school. Needs will take place during regular work/school hours (Monday-Friday between 7:30am and 4:30pm). Schedule will be as-needed with no guaranteed hours and notice may be short when needs arise, but the family can offer flexibility.
- Schedule: As-needed
- When needs arise, the family will need care no earlier than 7:30am and no later than 4:30pm
- Will typically need care a few days per month
- No guaranteed weekly hours
- Start date: Immediately
- Family is hoping for long term, but also open to shorter term options
- 1 child - 4 years old
- Rate: $30/hr
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Childcare for one 4 year old child (will likely be home from school sick)
- Meals and snacks as appropriate
REQUIREMENTS:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- 2 years of paid, professional childcare experience
- Has valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation
- CPR certified or willing to become certified
Compensation: Position pays $30 per hour and the family is looking for intermittent, as-needed care (typically a few times per month) long term
