Helpr is a care service platform that supports families in finding excellent full and part time primary and emergency (or backup) childcare providers, full and part time adult care providers/caregivers, and birth workers including doulas and Newborn Care Specialists.

We’re currently looking for a Babysitter in Round Rock, TX (78664).
A lovely mother in Round Rock is seeking an occasional babysitter for her sweet 18-month old daughter. Care would be on an as-needed basis when the child is unable to attend her regular daycare center and for occasional weekend days out. Mom works from home most of the time and will generally be present to support the sitter, if needed. An ideal candidate will find genuine enjoyment in working with the toddler age group, along with having a gentle and engaging approach to caregiving.

- Schedule:
- As-needed, no guaranteed hours
- Weekdays
- Weekends (monthly)
- 8am - 12pm or 8am - 4pm
- Care will be scheduled with as much advance notice as possible, typically 24 to 48 hours in advance
- Rate: $25/hr
- 1 child: 18 months
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All aspects of toddler care
- Engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Following family’s routine for feedings and naps
- Light tidying after child
- Serving and monitoring meals, including occasional bottle feedings (also being mindful of child’s yogurt sensitivity)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of paid, professional childcare experience (toddler experience a must)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver’s license with reliable vehicle
- CPR certified or willing to become certified
- In-home experience preferred
- Smoking/vaping not permitted on premises
Compensation: The position pays $25 per hour, and the family is looking for occasional care, as-needed.
