Real Estate Sales Recruiter

We’re hiring a real estate recruiter to find agents with potential for our team or broker. You’ll be responsible for designing digital and print marketing materials, high high-volume phone calls to potential candidates, and ability to verbally communicate details. You will also ensure each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good cultural fit for the team. Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who has digital marketing design experience, attention to detail, event planning, and an organized professional who can easily recognize talent. $15 - $19 hourly

• Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members
• Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process
• Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected
• Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful
• Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality

• Design of digital media, email & text communication campaigns, and additional marketing projects
• Assist in the planning of weekly agent events
• Receive and make a heavy volume of calls to potential candidates
• Help maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere

• 2 years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Superb time management and organizational skills
• Must have a college degree
• Familiar with online job posting tools
