Salary: $29.94-$43.19 hourly

Performs a variety of analytical, technical, and/or confidential and sensitive assignments in Human Resources Personnel Operations.
The Management Analyst will be responsible for independently processing the most complex Personnel Action Requests requiring salary interpretation and analyzing complex operational issues and make recommendations on appropriate course of action regarding PARs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for independently processing Live Scan, scheduling health physical appointments, processing Personnel Action Requests, entering employment transactions into the Countywide employment system, salary interpretation in accordance with County Code, Civil Service Rules, Human Resources policy, procedures, and regulations and licensure requirements with minimal supervision.
- Conducts complex and sensitive research assignments, such as determining correct progression dates. Independently analyze complex operational issues and make recommendations on appropriate course of action regarding Personnel Action Requests.
- Conducts presentations at Department of Health Services facilities related to the hiring process.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Two years of experience performing basic to routine analytical assignments that involved researching, analyzing and synthesizing data, as well as recommending solutions to problems related to administrative or program support functional areas – AND – A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

Four years of experience performing basic to routine analytical assignments which involved researching, analyzing and synthesizing data, as well as recommending solutions to problems related to administrative or program support functional areas.
