Job tasks:
- Hypercare / Floor walker Support
- Onsite support for machine readiness and troubleshooting.
- To provide consultancy, advice and information from client perspective
- To provide onsite support to any problem or issues that might arise before and after the migration from client perspective
- Manage issues related to O365 ProPlus Application from client perspective
- Manage Profile Related Issues from client perspective
- Manage OneDrive for Business Issues from client perspective
- Manage file and print Issues from client perspective
- Manage account (user and computer) related issues from client perspective
- Client engineering support on existing Shell Image/machine for Divestment tooling to be deploy to target machine.
- Support more onsite for SCCM client behaviour and troubleshooting.
- Responsible for any issue occur before Divestment tooling deploy and after completion of the deployment.
- Responsible for network connectivity issue on client machine.
- Responsibility on the SWAP Kit/AspenTech tool technical troubleshooting on client machine.
Required skills
**Tech MUST have TWIC Card. Tech will have to go through DISA background check and drug screening.**
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
