HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
The Installation Technician is a full-time shop floor associate position with the Henderson Upfit & Service Center (USC). Each USC location includes these functioning work bays: 1) Heavy, 2) Hydraulics, 3) Electrical, 4) Final. Each work bay requires its own specific skill sets to perform the work required in that area. As Installation Technicians train for and acquire or possess skills to perform work in multiple bays, their ability to progress to higher level roles increases. An Installation Technician’s role is a key position to overall company growth and profitability due to the high level of skill level and performance needed at the USC.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
- Under supervision, performs a variety of industrial truck installation-related duties, including routine work, troubleshooting, light maintenance, modification and repair work in assigned area.
- Will complete electrical and wiring work as part of the installation process
- Assures installation work is performed at the rate and specifications required by the customer and agreed upon by the company, on a daily basis
- Must use variety of skills, such as welding, running hand plasma, and running cutting torch
- Maintains records of installations and repair work to track activities ensuring work is documented and on file
- Knows and understands technical information and specifications of the proper installation of all products
- Organizes work so installations are completed efficiently and in a timely manner
- Practices preventative maintenance of equipment ensuring lower cost of repair and replacement

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
