As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries and process light administrative duties
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
