WHO YOU ARE

You are responsible for effectively providing market data analysis, financial modeling of properties, project and developments, lease transactions, and other duties as assigned.

This position contributes to the accomplishment of the company’s strategy and goal achievement and objective that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, absolute accountability, quality, productivity and standards, and Objective and Key Results (OKR’s) attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce in accordance to the Company’s Manifesto and Culture Deck.

WHAT YOU WILL DO  

• Provide market data, analysis, financial modeling of properties, project and developments, lease transactions, and other duties as assigned.
• Measure, monitor and enhance financial models utilized.
• Prepare investment memos
• Review leases and abstracts and prepare PIF forms.
• Present analysis findings and recommendations to managers.
• Keep up to date on company’s financial analysis ratio requirement.
• Evaluates tenant and seller data and financial statements to determine future projections and financial rates.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

WHAT WE NEED (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS)

Education - Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate preferred

Experience and/or Training - Experience with Excel and financial modeling skills

Technology/Equipment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

WHAT WE DESIRE (PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS)

Experience and/or Training - Experience with Argus

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS  

While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.

WORK ENVIRONMENT  

This position is in a professional office environment; the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
