YOUR ROLE

• Manages all operations as well as service / support department at factory level.
• Implements a production strategy to ensure efficient production and high-quality production.
• Delivers against production performance KPIs, budget and projects.
• Lead plant initiatives such as safety, environmental, quality, lean manufacturing and 5S.
• Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations.
• Ensure that production is executed in a cost effective and high-quality manner to support customer delivery requirements.
  
  

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree within an engineering curriculum or equivalent job-related experience
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and process improvement skills.
• Practical experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong SAP experience

The salary for this role is $95,000.00 - $125,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
