YOUR ROLE- Ensure the facility is fully operational daily: Responsible for equipment uptime (repair, maintenance, reliability) to support/assist with operating to site OEE targets
- Develop strong team capable of supporting equipment operations on a 24/5 basis, with potential for weekend and holiday work.
- Responsible for managing onsite facilities and equipment maintenance, including both Henkel and contract employees across multiple disciplines. Assist with capital projects as needed to support Henkel NA Adhesives Operations business unit needs
- Ensure annual facility operating budget is responsibly managed. Develop and manage near-term and strategic (three-to-five-year) Facilities capital project plans
- Ensure compliance with Henkel internal policies and standards, local, state, federal codes and regulations
- Ensure environmental standards, wastewater discharge permit parameters and all large quantity generator compliance are adhered to
