Your Role

• Independently manages processes that include RFPs, tenders, reporting and analysis.
• Aligns multifunctional resources to successfully address and resolve Supply Chain issues.
• Embraces, adapts, and leads Henkel's digital projects and tools.
• Drive and manage multiple projects simultaneously across multiple categories.
• Executes Henkel Purchasing tools and processes that include SAP, Ariba, CCDB (cost chase database), PURIS and SRM.
• Regional lead for global strategic initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with Category Managers and Category Leads.
• Possess ability to lead a cross-functional team and deliver on agreed-to results.
  
  

YOUR SKILLS

• MBA Degree with a minimum of 18 months of proven related Purchasing experience or undergraduate with two years of related experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of market including supplier base, general industry information and cost drivers.
• Experience with cost analysis, budgeting, and P&L statements.
• Demonstrated knowledge of good Purchasing practices, contract law as it applies to the Procurement process, and Supply Chain Management.
• Demonstrated understanding of general business processes including Supply Chain/Procurement planning, Costing, Finance and Purchasing's role in these processes.
• Strong negotiation skills and contract management– track record of understanding service capabilities and proactively engaging customers and suppliers to identify and define potential issues and opportunities and develops solutions that create value.
• Proven analytical skills and digital mindset with knowledge in Excel, Power BI, PURIS, and Index.
• Strong team player with the ability to influence and drive changes.
  
  

The salary for this role is $88,000.00 - $98,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
