Your Role
- Plans and implements maintenance and optimization measures
- Performs technical supervision of line technicians Is responsible for continuous improvement of energy consumption in the production
- Does technical consulting of the production
- Develops employees with regular trainings and briefing See Attached Job Description
- Leads the safety, people development, reduction of cost, and improvement of Overall Equipment Effectiveness of lines and Batch Cycle Time reduction.
- Supports Henkel Production System (HPS) and drives continuous improvement mindset.
- Analyze breakdown data to derive root cause of machine failures and develop preventive actions to increase OEE and reduce Batch Cycle Time.
- Support and drive training and development of maintenance associates.
- Leads site compliance with Process Safety Management and Risk Management Program standards.
- Monitor equipment to ensure optimum energy efficiency and uptime
- Support Henkel Production System (HPS) and drive continuous improvement mindset
- Optimize cell preventive maintenance program
- Optimizes the selection of appropriate spare parts
- Develop preventive actions to reduce costs and increase OEE
- Partner with Maintenance Planning to schedule PM’s
- Eliminate re-occurring equipment problems
- Provide technical assistance to maintenance personnel and other departments as required
- Leads compliance initiatives for PSM and RMP processes.
- Ensures training and development of maintenance associates
- Bachelor’s degree or job experience in technical field
- 5-7 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment. Preferably CPG or similar industry
