H&M is also a founding member of the ET&D Partnership, a collaborative industry partnership working to reduce fatalities, injuries, and illnesses in the construction industry is currently recruiting for Equipment Operators.
Qualifications
- Must be able follow verbal and written communications.
- Must perform all duties in a safe, efficient manner and follow safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment at all times.
- Journeyman Level Experience.
- Working knowledge and experience with backhoes, cable plows, Trenching Equipment and/or Boring Equipment
- Telecom Buried and Underground experience preferred.
- Able to lift 50 Pounds.
- Able to work outdoors in all Environments (Heat, cold, and Rain)
- Must have positive can do attitude.
- Valid driver’s license, preferably CDL Class A with a medical certificate, Tanker Endorsement is a plus.
- Must successfully operate the equipment to the satisfaction of the construction supervision.
- Required to pass drug test

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.82 - $31.06 per hour
