We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Your primary responsibility will be to balance and reconcile hotel transactions, provide exceptional guest service, and assist with various front desk duties.
```Responsibilities```
- Perform night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
- Balance and reconcile daily revenue and expense transactions
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive guest relations
- Respond to emergency situations and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including answering phone calls and making reservations
```Skills```
- Previous experience in night audit or hotel front desk operations is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using hotel management software systems
- Knowledge of guest services and hospitality management principles
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
