Bender Operator

Bender Operators – 3rd Shift:

· Responsible for both machine set up and operation of Bending Machine

· Changing tooling, computer skills, uploading jobs into machine interface, first piece inspection, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance

· Ability to read computerized blueprints and drawings

· Ability to perform precision forming, bending and folding with Bending Machine

· Ability to use and read measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, protractor, and tape measure

· Ability to Add and Subtract

· Able to bend on a variety of metals, galvanized, Steel, Aluminum and Stainless

· Ability to stand for duration of shift, up to 10 hours

· Requires lifting and carrying up to 50lbs.

· Break Press experience a plus

· Background in manufacturing/Metal Fabrication a plus

· Must be willing to submit and pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

· Must be able to train on 1st shift: Mon-Thurs 5:00am-3:30pm; Fri 5:00am-1:30pm, then transfer to 3rd shift hours: Sun. 8:30pm-5:00am; Mon-Thurs 6:30pm-5:00am at $19.55/hr.
