Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise finance staff
- Analyze and report monthly financial results
- Prepare and reconcile financial forecasts
- Prepare and present fixed assets requisitions and consolidation
- Present monthly operations review
- Track results and question plant personnel on ways to improve
- Manage cash flow of facility and work closely with corporate to maximize
- Coordinate capital purchases
- Performs, guides and/or measures the accomplishment of the following core management functions: Planning, organizing, directing, staffing/employee selection and performance management, coordinating, reporting & budget
Qualifications/Requirements: Five-plus years in manufacturing accounting role
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Master’s degree in Business and or /CPA preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $59,740.92 - $146,000.00 per year
