ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Enters and executes orders utilizing order management system
Establishes project phases, delivery dates, and completion criteria in coordination with sales, design, and install departments
Receives, verifies and documents manufacturer shipping timelines
Communicates with customer regarding order status and the scheduling of orders for delivery/installation
Manages punch/warranty work
Maintains accurate and detailed record keeping, including sign-offs and approvals, key decisions, change orders, etc.
Confirms project completion and closure
Desired Skills and Experience
3 years’ experience in data entry, project coordination, sales support, and/or customer service preferred (experience in furniture industry is preferred but not required)
Experience with order management systems is preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to quickly learn new applications
Strong administrative and organizational skills to handle high volume of transactions with speed and accuracy
Professional demeanor and approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be a self-starter with good problem-solving skills
Must be comfortable meeting deadlines and with high pressure situations
