Job Details
Responsible for performing nursing techniques according to Physicians orders. They model appropriate behavior as exemplified in the HCMC Operating Mission Statement which reflects commitment to the continuous improvement process. Responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of the medical provider. Responsibilities include following the plan of care, providing treatments, and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient outcomes.
EDUCATION & TRAINING:
Must be literate in English language
EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge to perform routine clinical procedures and provide quality health care assistance for patients as instructed by the Provider
Functions in an accurate and efficient manner in dealing with patients, families, co-workers and Providers. Demonstrates the ability to perform technical skills as instructed by the Provider
Clinical experience necessary
LICENSES & CERTIFICATION:
High School Diploma and graduate of an approved accredited School of Practical Nursing or State approved technical program and active Tennessee LPN license
