In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing product and sorting items to the correct staging area within the facility. PAY:  $16.00 Per Hour

SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday – Friday; 2:00AM – 10:30AM, and rotating Saturdays for a couple hours

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
• Unload, sort, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare outgoing orders by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately.
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counting activities.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a safe manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, adhering to safety protocols.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Collaborate with team lead and team members to fulfill orders and meet productivity targets.
• Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding inventory management and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in warehouse operations is a plus.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, standing for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling and recordkeeping.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment.
