Job Summary
This position is responsible for the data pipeline, data structures, transformations, and final output datasets for consumption by various business functions into Salesforce. Performs advanced research and analysis to support business operations including data cleansing, and exploration, to drive actionable insights. Set up infrastructure, and integration with company data sources working an Agile environment.

What You Will Do

Work with the Business Systems and Analytics team on various projects, including data integration, system customization, and data and system maintenance
Partner with internal customers to gather end-to-end analytics requirements, issues, and scope of complex projects
Responsible for data pipelines, transformation of data, and delivery of final analysis-ready datasets
Perform research, analysis, and deliver data insights related to all areas of the business
Promote higher data consistency and improved data quality by partnering with data governance
Research best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data; develop implementation plans for review by management
Research new and emerging information technologies which can support reengineering business processes
Solve complex problems, taking into account new perspectives using existing solutions

Qualifications

What You Will Have

5 years of related work experience in Data Integrations
High care factor and personal responsibility for quality data
Experience writing complex queries in SQL to unify data across multiple sources
Solid understanding of data lakes, data pipeline management, schema design, and data governance
Solid systems understanding of business applications and middleware services with a track record of systems analysis and design
Knowledgeand hands-on computer programming in Python, R, or similar programming language is a plus
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Excellent analyticaland problem solving skills with ability to multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Haves

Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
Salesforce.com integration experience
Experience writing SOQL
Experience with iPaaS Solutions (Mulesoft, Tibco, etc.)

The posted range for this position is$83,000 - $130,000which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a10%bonusnot reflected in the posted range.
