If you are looking for a growing career that makes a difference, come be part of our team today! We are looking for an experienced product manager to join our HSOne product team in Canada. This role will focus on the private practice portfolio of products for the Canadian market.
Foremost you will be the voice of the customer. You will strive to understand our customer’s world and pain points, then work collaboratively with other internal stakeholder groups to deliver best-in-class solutions to the market. You will have a demonstrated track record of working within agile product teams, from concept through design, a focus on delivery pre and post launch within the product life cycle.
In this role you will own the product lifecycle for initiatives from discovery to design to creating and through rollout and measuring results. This includes doing market research, engaging with customers , creating business cases and working through an iterative design and build process. You excel at go-to-market planning, readiness and execution – ensuring the messaging, positioning and enablement of the product is aligned with the product direction. You are data driven and strive to secure and report on analytics that are indicative of success and achieving goals. You will share your knowledge and work collaboratively with a broad group of internal and external stakeholders to solve problems.

Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in a Product Management function for enterprise products
- Some experience with SCRUM and Agile development methodologies
- Experience in building and maintaining roadmaps
- Experience with user experience design is highly desirable, but not required
- Ability to create mock ups, wireframes and clickable designs is highly desirable, but not requiredExperience with go-to-market planning and execution
