JOB OVERVIEW:
In this role, you'll wear many hats, supporting the Medical Marketing Operations team with diverse projects that contribute to achieving our business goals. Your primary focus will be learning Marketo, our marketing automation platform. You'll learn the ins and outs of campaign creation, monitoring, and analysis in our CRM. Additionally, you'll play a key role in developing clear and actionable training documentation to empower our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials
Assist with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
Learn and use marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo)
Develop and test email templates, landing pages, and other marketing assets
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement

PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
COMPENSATION:
The posted hourly rate for this internship position is based on both your education and location.
Candidates possessing up to and including a high school diploma can receive either $15 or $16/hr depending on location.
Candidates currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or equivalent can receive either $18 or $20/hr depending on location.
Candidates possessing a bachelor's degree or equivalent and currently pursuing an advanced, post-graduate degree (i.e., MS, MBA, JD, etc.) can receive either $22 or $24/hr depending on location.
