- Dive into the heart of data processing by monitoring and controlling electronic computer and peripheral electronic data processing equipment according to operating instructions.
- Unleash your creative side as you develop final copy materials on word processing/computer equipment, while meticulously proofreading and correcting documents.
- Showcase your mastery of business English, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and arithmetic, coupled with your expertise in Office Suite software packages.
- Take on a variety of tasks including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and providing invaluable assistance to managerial IT staff.
- Flex your creative muscles as you develop captivating graphs, spreadsheets, charts, web pages, and more.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a computer operator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting computer equipment and peripheral devices.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and document correction abilities.
- Familiarity with Office Suite software packages (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications.
