Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will engage with potential clients, assessing the viability of their claims and offering expert initial legal advice. Your role involves a thorough evaluation of case facts, evidence, and relevant legal precedents to determine the potential for success and compensation. This includes conducting comprehensive legal research and staying updated on pertinent laws and regulations. The attorney will be responsible for preparing and filing all essential legal documents, such as complaints and motions, while also engaging in negotiations with opposing parties, insurance firms, and other key stakeholders to secure favorable settlements. If cases progress to litigation, you will represent our clients in court, presenting evidence, examining witnesses, and championing their rights. Maintaining open communication with clients throughout the legal process is paramount, ensuring they are consistently informed about case progress and potential outcomes. Our attorneys are also expected to continuously enhance their legal knowledge, attending relevant seminars and workshops.
