Social Media Content Manager / Digital Copywriter

We are seeking a Social Media Content Manager / Digital Copywriter to support the creation of paid and organic social media content as part of the overall marketing strategy. Ideal candidate will be comfortable creating and managing content on social media platforms and websites, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and more to reach clients’ goals, including audience growth, building brand awareness and boosting sales.

Social Media Content Manager / Copywriter Job Responsibilities

• Create written content for websites and social media platforms; collaborate with Digital Marketing Managers and designers to plan, schedule and execute content

• Help developing marketing plans and programs for clients, including but not limited to digital content
• Develop new approaches for reaching goals by acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal/external sources.
• Ability to extrapolate meaning and actionable insights from data
• Other duties as assigned; job duties may change at any time due to business needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
• 5 years of experience in digital marketing/advertising
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Mastery of tailoring writing style to client and medium
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, take and implement direction
• Have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels.

• Understands website and social metrics and best practices
• Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation and email marketing
• Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results
• Good at problem-solving and communication

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
