Job Title: OB/GYN Practice Manager

About Us: Join our dynamic and innovative OB/GYN practice in the heart of Las Vegas! We are committed to providing exceptional care to women in our community and are seeking a proficient Practice Manager to lead our administrative operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the OB/GYN practice, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
  • Manage staffing, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Monitor financial performance, including billing, coding, and revenue cycle management.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, vendors, and external partners to enhance patient care delivery.
  • Foster a positive work environment and lead the administrative team by example.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in healthcare management, preferably in an OB/GYN or women's health setting.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and billing practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in office management systems and electronic health records (EHR), preferably AthenaOne.
