The primary responsibility of this position is to provide direction and assistance to employees, managers and HR field teams on HR systems, benefits, time and attendance and process and standardize procedures.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for employees for all general HR related questions regarding system access and troubleshooting, time and attendance, benefit programs, basic payroll related questions and leave of absence management for US, Puerto Rico, and Canada locations.
- Address employee inquiries in accordance with our service level agreements.
- Ensures data integrity for regional and global HR Systems such as SAP and ADP EV5.
- Run and review audit reports weekly to ensure data integrity of systems.
- Act as a liaison between leave of absence administrator vendor and on-site HR personnel.
- Maintains compliance with company policy as well as federal, state, and local law.
- Handles confidential information with care and ensures compliance with HIPAA.
- Participates in benefit enrollment activities, wellness activities and other activities as assigned.
- Performs administrative duties including sending employee mass communications or creating onboarding materials.
- Follow standardized process and procedures defined by Center of Competency and provide clarification, guidance and instruction to HR teams and managers on standardize process.
- Contact Tier 2 HRdirect Team Lead for additional support and issue escalation.
What is required for this role:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of Education and experience could be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shared service center or Human Resources Department is desirable.
- Experience with benefits administration and responding to employee benefit questions.
- Familiarity of Federal and State laws such as COBRA, FMLA and ADA.
- SAP, ADP system processing experience required. Other comparable system experience will be considered.
- ServiceNow system navigation and experience desired.
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft office, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate as well as build trusting relationship within extended team settings.
- High adaptability in working in fast-paced environments and remote settings.
- Good organizational, time management and conflict management skills.
