Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls
Being efficient within MS Office
Follow the required policies and procedures
Maintain long term partnerships
Respond effectively to all customer inquiries
Provide professional support to enhance the customers’ dedication
Utilizing technology to resolve customer accounts
Be able to locate the right parties within each account
Skills
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain relationships
Organizational and time-management skills

Must be customer service oriented

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
