Overview
POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Regulatory Support Administrator, Global Regulatory Affairs & Product Compliance will be responsible for processing regulatory document and product sample requests to assist the regional teams in acquiring and maintaining registrations and/or authorizations necessary for commercialization of food, food supplements, dietetic products, energy drinks, and personal care products in the regions of responsibility. Additionally, this role will lead all aspects of the Record Retention program on behalf of the department in the Winston-Salem location.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
• Handle regulatory document and product sample requests for HIM-WS and contract manufacturers by processing incoming requests, receiving physical and/or scanned documents, maintaining status updates, and archiving completed requests.• Treat document and product sample requests as top priority and effectively manage deadlines to ensure registration and regulatory timelines are met in collaboration with other Regulatory Support Administrators.• Notarize regulatory documents and obtain additional authentication as needed for document requests.• Serve as a liaison between Regional Regulatory Affairs, HIM-WS cross functional departments, HIM-WS manufacturing, and government agencies to follow up accordingly for document and product sample requests. May support with global contract manufacturers, as needed.• Review documents against supporting data for accuracy. Ensure appropriate format and grammar is used.• Coordinate shipment of documents and product samples and ensure that all shipping documentation is fulfilled for international customs clearance.• Compile metrics for completed document and product sample requests on an annual basis and as needed.• Support with trainings on document and product sample request process for GRA.• Serve as Record Retention Coordinator for the department at Winston-Salem by archiving, organizing, and tracking department files according to company retention policy.• Support corporate and regional teammates in special projects.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English• Attentive to detail• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple conflicting deadlines.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office• Teammate with good people skills• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting with evolving goals and objectives• Ability to analyze problems and suggest innovative solutions• Strong customer and results orientation• North Carolina Notary Public with current commission or required to acquire within 6 months of employment
