What are the responsibilities and job description for the Incentives Specialist position at Hercules LED LLC?
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Rebate Incentives Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Rebate Incentives Department estimate, track, and process client incentives in numerous programs.
The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have a strong knowledge of computers, have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. They should also be able to multitask proficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Preferred experience in processing rebate incentives (1-Year)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and able to navigate the internet, web-based systems, and emailing systems with ease.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work Full-Time position.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, OneDrive, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly.
