Your Opportunity:
The Herff Jones Marketing team is looking for a Customer Insights Analyst to join our team in Indianapolis, IN.

This is a regular, exempt full-time position with benefit eligibility including, medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), paid time off, and additional voluntary benefits.

Here's How You’ll Make an Impact:
The Customer Insights Analyst is responsible for is responsible for gathering & sharing insights that can be used to inform and support decision making. This role is also important to the wider business as reliable consumer and market insights are a critical enabler for the growth of the product/service.

What You’ll Be Doing On A Daily Basis:

• Devising actionable strategies from customer insights.
• Assisting in bringing the consumer perspective to marketing decision making by executing market analysis and research activities to provide insights and recommendations.
• Identifying ideal methodology and providing oversight on the data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure all available information is generated to support business needs.
• Assisting in leveraging research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gaining internal support to act upon these opportunities.
• Conveying analysis and recommendations via presentations and written reports.
• Managing the internal innovation portal

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have prior experience within a similar role.
• Proven success to effectively communicate (listening, writing and verbal) across all levels of an organization.
• You are experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research.
• Significant experience in collecting and analyzing data.
• Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and learning new systems/technology with understanding some work is processed manually.
• You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to develop strategy/decisions.
• Outstanding decision-making skills and ability to work well with numbers.
• You are familiar with putting together data from multiple sources to tell a story.
• You have strong knowledge of the Qualtrics survey platform.
• You are a strategic thinker with good communication and presentation skills.
• Well organized and detail oriented.

Physical Requirements:Daily activity includes but is not limited to:

• Lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting.
• Reading, communication, intermediate to advance math.
• Working at a computer for extended periods of time.
• Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50lbs.
• Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to above.
