Qualifications: Successful candidates will be very professional, neat appearance, highly skilled at multi-tasking, self- motivated and organized. Must have 5 years of automotive industry experience and good understanding of automotive systems and terminology.
Hours: 7:30 – 5:30 Monday thru Friday
Duties: Will include the following.
· Customer Service: The number one priority!!!
· You will be the one to greet the customers, answer questions, set appointments, answer telephone calls, return calls and do everything you can to meet the customer needs and concerns.
· This position requires to create estimates following diagnosis and inspections. Explain to customers the features and benefits of work to be done on vehicle. Sell diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
· You will need to procure all parts and supplies needed for the technician to successfully complete the approved repairs.
· Provide updates to the customer on expected completion time and any unforeseen issues along the way.
Duties will also include:
· Invoicing, receiving payments, ordering and receiving parts, and keeping the office organized and presentable.
Software and Computer System Development:
· Learn to fully operate our point of sale management system, email and SMS communication systems.
· Learn to fully operate online parts procurement programs per our standard procedures and other various dealer parts platforms as applicable.
· Communicate with various aftermarket warranty companies and submit information in their systems per their requirements, as well as documenting as needed for our vendor warranty requirements.
