As we continue to expand, we are searching for a Facilities Technician I to join our amazing team!
This position is an entry level position and will be responsible for providing a variety of functional support to the Facility Manager and related locations. Provides first line facility upkeep services and some minor repairs on the Heritage Federal property and facilities. Maintains professional relations with employees, vendors, suppliers, and outside contractors.
What you’ll do:
- Respond to Work Orders for miscellaneous building and Facility needs as required.
- Work with and monitor Vendors.
- Provide entry level building maintenance and upkeep.
- Keep facility exteriors professional and representable.
- Complete and record weekly rotation of Facilities visits to all locations.
- Report unfamiliar preventative maintenance items to Facility Manager for review.
- Resolve requests, questions, and problems promptly.
- Special project assignments
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Valid driver licenses required.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors.
- Open to frequent travel to all locations.
- Ability to perform physical work for extended periods.
- Willing to operate small electric or gas-powered tools.
