Establish yourself as a strategic sales leader, fostering cross-departmental collaboration to optimize sales processes and achieve ambitious goals.
Attract, develop, and retain top talent to build a high-performing regional sales team. Implement a comprehensive sales training program to ensure consistent performance and accurate sales forecasting.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with overall company growth objectives.
Design and implement sales-focused KPIs for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical divisions.
Create a robust onboarding and training program for new hires, complemented by ongoing professional development opportunities for existing salespeople.
Establish a dedicated inside sales and business development team for internal lead nurturing and sales follow-up.
Conduct a thorough analysis of customer mix, profitability, and current pricing to formulate effective regional sales engagement strategies.
Craft compelling sales presentations that educate and empower customers throughout their decision-making journey. Rebuild the sales book and curate a content portal containing relevant sales materials.
Collaborate with local leadership teams to recruit, hire, train, and coach new sales team members.
Oversee sales team performance and partner with local leadership to ensure accountability to established standards.
Cultivate strong relationships across departments to foster a collaborative work environment.
Manage and expand existing retail partnership programs (e.g., big-box store lead generation and professional programs) to maximize sales opportunities.
Compensation:

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in B2C and B2B sales within the home services industry, with a strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.
