Job Posting for Night Auditor/Desk Clerk at Heritage Inn Hotel
Night Auditor position will be at Motel 6:
Night Auditor Responsibilities:
Keeping hotel financial records in order.
Processing invoices, transactions, room charges, refunds, etc.
Verifying that all accounts are balanced and supported by documentation.
Checking guests in and out of the hotel.
Responding to guests' needs, requests, and complaints.
Answering the phone and making reservations.
Following End of Day procedures.
Night Auditor Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Past experience in customer service and hospitality.
Experience with accounting procedures and administrative tasks.
Proficiency with computers & Cash handling skills
Strong attention to detail and an affinity for numbers.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated, proactive work ethic.
Strong aptitude for customer service.
PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Be honest, reliable 2. Be ready to begin work at the specified time 3. Be well groomed and aware of personal hygiene; adhere to dress code policy as mentioned in policy handbook. 4. Offer courteous and sincere hospitality at all times. Understand what is meant by “good customer service'. 5. Handles, understands and responds to customer complaints and needs calmly and advises effectively or seeks assistance from management. 6. Follows training guidelines, policies and procedures, using good judgment and common sense. 7. Keep all business confidential both on and off duty.
Shift will be 11 PM to 7 AM Sundays and possible 2 or 3 shifts 3 PM to 11 PM if working full time. Possible 7 AM to 3 PM shift if able to work a flexible shift.
