Job Summary:
The Agency Services Specialist is responsible for enabling agency partnerships with Heritage by providing agents with Heritage licensing and appointments, system access, and training based on collaboration with the Heritage Sales Force. The Specialist is responsible for individual goal achievement, both quantitative and qualitative, and will also contribute to goals held by the Department.
