Our plan is to open one to two new senior communities per year and develop centers of excellence that provide comfort, care, quality, and specialized dementia services.

The Concierge is responsible for greeting, assisting and providing customer service to residents, families, visitors and staff while maintaining the comfort, privacy and dignity of our residents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assisting management team with administrative scheduling duties: meetings, trainings, interviews and new hire orientations

Maintain cleanliness of front lobby

Order administrative/general supplies

Schedule maintenance of copier/printer in timely manner

Complete documentation as directed by executive director

Report safety concerns to executive director

Other assigned duties as directed by the executive director

Education/Qualifications

One year of experience in Concierge/reception or related position preferred

Ability to multitask and answer multi-line phone system

Strong customer service focus; ability to work discreetly in resident and guest areas

Ability to speak, write and read English

Caring and compassionate attitude with true concern for people required

Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Experience with hospitality, receptionist, lobbying, is tech savvy, and has used Outlook and Microsoft suite programs

Ability to work collaboratively with all coworkers

Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal regulation
