Toyota of Owings Mills is a high Volume Toyota Store in need of a General Sales Manager. Want to make over $250,000 annually...this job is for you. We have promoted our General Sales Manager to General Manager and have a rare opportunity for the right candidate. This will be the right move to advance your career! We have promoted the last several General Sales Manager’s to General Managers at of one of our 20 locations surrounding Baltimore.

The right candidate must be motivated to be a market leader in New with experience in Used and F&I. You will be responsible to manage a large staff of 11 Managers and over 20 Sales consultants in a high energy atmosphere.

General Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Hire, motivate, mentor and train the New & Used Sales team, Internet Sales and Finance Managers
- Work with the sales team to maintain sales profitability of New and/or Pre-Owned Vehicles
- Manage both New and Used Car Inventory
- Establish and maintain performance standards

General Sales Manager Qualifications:
- Automotive leadership experience with increasing responsibility
- Proven success in managing sales and service staff and dealership inventories
- Must be able to lead by example
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of how the internet is driving our business
- A strong work ethic
