Comprised of six essential sectors — IT Operations, Omnichannel, Infrastructure, Enterprise Systems, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Architecture. Our department delivers innovation and technology solutions support across the company.
The Opportunity:
The IT Business Services role is a hybrid position that lies within the purview of Enterprise Systems and entails a combination of project management and business analysis. The role involves managing projects, capturing and analyzing business requirements, and collaborating closely with the business to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. This role requires a unique combination of technical aptitude and business skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

About the Role:
- Collaborate with retail departments to align IT systems with business objectives.
- Assist in the deployment of a PPM tool and similar projects.
- Gain expertise in IT applications and systems to offer informed support and direction.
- Engage in enterprise system enhancements for improved retail processes.
- Streamline retail workflows through practical business process analysis.
- As as a conduit between IT and retail, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field).
- 2-3 years of IT experience, retail sector preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with integrating software tools.

- Demonstrated ability in assisting with IT project management.
- Basic understanding of retail processes and their integration with Enterprise IT systems.
- Familiarity with the system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
