```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Director of HR and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.
```Duties```
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Assist with employee evaluations and performance management processes
- Update reporting portals and assist with audits
- Support payroll administration, including data entry and verification of timesheets
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Assist with HR projects as assigned, such as employee engagement initiatives or policy updates
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Experience in an HR role or related administrative position
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Knowledge of Paycom systems, onboarding and paryroll
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus
