We're looking for an Associate Project Manager (Internal Operations) to join the Hero Digital Delivery & Operations team. Do you have experience enhancing and implementing Delivery processes? What you'll do

  • Play an active role in agency operations, including capacity planning, gross margin management, utilization, estimation, and process improvement
  • Manage the project estimation workflow and support Practice teams in creating estimates; including generations and access for pricing templates and fixing issues with estimation templates
  • Provide reporting and analysis to help align delivery and resource management with organizational goals
  • Proactively leverage our systems and tools to ensure project pipeline, resourcing, time entry, project rates and timing are accurate and planned for across accounts.
  • Subject matter expert for internal teams in regards to project financials, time entry, internal workflows, and tools usage
  • Support internal initiatives related to workflow, revenue, margin, and utilization
  • Act as a liaison between Delivery Management, Finance, and Resource Management
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills, with internal teams

Who You Are

  • You have 2 years in a Project Management or Operations capacity in a consulting services or agency type setting
  • You have experience managing digital projects that include the full spectrum of Hero offerings (Design, Technology, Analytics, Strategy, etc.)
  • Are comfortable using Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools to track utilization, margin, and budgets such as Salesforce, Mavenlink, and Google Sheets
  • Experience helping craft delivery approaches, supporting proposal process
  • Strong understanding of the digital project lifecycle and the role of the various team members
  • Meticulous verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and planning skills
