What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Regional Manager position at Hero Loan Team?
The Hero Loan Team is focused on providing low cost home loans to the Heroes in our communities (Police, Firefighters, Military Veterans, Teachers & Medical Personnel). We seek similarly minded folks who believe in helping the Heroes that serve our communities own homes in the communities in which they serve.
Job Purpose:
Under the direction of the Branch Manager, establish new relationships with referral sources to increase company sales. Will play a role in the company’s marketing and sales plan, monitor various sales data, and attend industry events as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Become the Go-To Mortgage Resource in the market
- Generate high lead volume and closed transactions
- Make sure agents come to US to vent
- GOAL: Growing to 20 deals per month.
- Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with real estate agents and other referral sources to drive loan applications, referrals and ultimately business.
- Successful Business Development Managers will be meeting with clients daily, over the phone and face-to-face.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with Real Estate agents preferred, but not mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience prospecting. Must be comfortable finding and cultivating new relationships.
- Capacity to learn and absorb information quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team-environment
- Ability to learn and navigate a CRM and other sales and marketing software
