Job Summary:

This position provides friendly and efficient guest service while taking, processing and selling high quality digital photos. Help us capture and Create Memories Worth Repeating® on a daily basis.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Supervises, leads, trains and develop workers in company policies and procedures and job duties.
• Assigns duties to workers and schedules break periods, work hours and vacations.
• Oversees recorded delivery of merchandise, compares record with merchandise ordered, and reports discrepancies to control costs and maintain correct inventory levels.
• Ensures photo-specific daily operating competencies are managed effectively and consistently reinforced. Examples of competencies include, but are not limited to, effective photography, selling skills, guest relations skills consistent with company standards, and basic hardware/software maintenance and trouble shooting
• Effectively executes business strategies created by Photo Leadership
• Assists in managing site budget for assigned location(s)
• Troubleshoots, communicates and resolves equipment and technical issues
• Leads and motivates effective sales team
• Assists team members in all functions pertaining to the POS system

Duties/Responsibilities

• Proves to be exemplary in providing outstanding customer service including answering questions, responding to requests and selling merchandise. Must be able to manage difficult or emotional customer situations.
• Keeps record of sales, prepares inventory of stock and orders supplies.
• Maintains sales and cash flow records in accordance with established procedures
• Maintains harmony among workers, resolves grievances and focuses on solving conflict.
• Other duties may be assigned

• Ensure proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) standards.
• Must have demonstrated ability to effectively coach, teach, and influence.
• Must possess strong motivational and servant leadership skills.
• Must be able to critically process situations and react quickly while using good judgment.
• Ability to use computer software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), TimeForce, POS and inventory systems required.

Required Experience

• Two-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Previous management or supervisory experience in retail or service environment preferred.
• Interviewing and employee selection experience required.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently standing and walking in uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt, concrete.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times.
• The ability to work in extreme weather.
• The ability to remember locations, understand and carry instructions.
• The ability to safely climb ladders, hills and stairs.
