Job Summary:
Hershey Farm Resort is seeking dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team in our brand-new, well-established restaurant. As a Group/Banquet Server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms for scheduled groups
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation when necessary
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests promptly and efficiently
- Follow all food safety standards and procedures
- Provide excellent guest relations and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

-Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
