  • Understand the impact of building positive rapport and handling calls professionally.
  • Use the most appropriate way to communicate with different personality types on the telephone.
  • Apply appropriate actions to effectively guide conversations.
  • Properly handle technical telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects.
  • Follow procedures and accurately enter information into client database and rating program(s).
  • Other duties as assigned.
