What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Hertex?
We require a full time Receptionist who will be based at our very busy showroom in Bellville.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Provide a professional service and image to callers, clients and staff by managing a very busy reception and switchboard
- Provide excellent customer service by supporting customer services, coordinating administration and filing and maintaining functionality and supplies of the showroom office equipment
REQUIREMENTS:
- National Senior Certificate
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role with client relations exposure and knowledge of switchboard operations
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Must be able to work every second Saturday from 09:00 till 14:00
Skills and Knowledge required:
- Customer service orientated
- Very good at managing a very busy switchboard
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Good housekeeping skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to cope in a fast pace and high pressure environment
